Adv. Mahesh Mishra: (Trustee)

Well known politician, thinker, visionary, social worker and reformist of our region. After completing his degree in LAW. He joined up Saraswati Shishu Mandir group & served the school in the capacity of teacher, administration, and principal at different stages of his life for a very long time. With his political ambitions and public support he contested the election for Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) and till date he is continuously associated with society development and reforms. He always had the passion to work for the betterment of the region in his heart. He has chosen the education field to work his way out to realize his dream of making the difference in the society and its look out.

He has the belief that no one or no place is perfect but one has to work hard to make things better and one day the perfect can be realized in practice. But that can be achieved only by working hard, converting words into action and work as a team endlessly to achieve the goal. With this vision and passion he approved the idea of establishing the Ultroneous School of Studies.

Manoj Kushwah : (Chairman)

Young successful, entrepreneur, visionary, social worker. Mr Manoj Kushwaha is the Chairman of the Ultroneous group. He is also the head of the well known NGO Thakur Hotam Singh Shiksha Avam Kalyan Samiti under whose aegis Smt. Vimla Devi Nursing College is operating.

With his diligent and planned way of working he tasted the success at very young age, but always kept his feet grounded. With his experience and exposure to different people and areas he realized that this region had immense number of people with talent and skills but they never got the right opportunity to prove their mettle. He found out the reason for that to be the education system in the area which made the locals unable to express themselves at the right time and in right manner thus legging behind from the modern world. He took an oath to change the equation and highlight the area as one of the most sought after places for right person with right skills and right persona.

With this vision he put forth the idea of Establishing Ultroneous School of Studies. It is one of its kind school in the region which enables the kid to develop a multifaceted personality, thus enabling the child to take challenges and not be afraid of hurdles in life. The child should be able to trust his instincts, knowledge and should be able to make the most important decisions of his life under immense pressure with utmost ease. He has dreamt of creating leaders and that stays the objective for this school “Making the leaders of Tomorrow”

Nidhi Tomar: Director & Principal

Master degree in Geography with LAW. Before opting to run this Institute Mrs Nidhi had a glittering carrier in corporate world, she was a well known personality in investment sector. A bright future was there for her, all for taking but she left everything. Her will to go, desire to make the difference, attitude which tells her to never give up, nature to take challenges head on pushed her to take up the challenge of running this institute which many said was a lost cause.

She is not only the director of Ultroneous School of Studies but also taking care of Smt. Vimla Devi Nursing College in the capacity of Director, further more she is a responsible house manager as well. She can be seen as a role model in the modern day world. She took this school as her dream project which could help her realize her own innovative way of teaching which included practical’s, innovations, ideas, discussions , as the ways of learning and not only the books.

She believes its beginning of a long journey and she also says the road will be full of speed breakers and stoppages but to succeed one has to work continuously without rest till target is achieved. With such passion she joined up the organization and now leading the charge and making every drop of water count.
